Fruit and Nut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Dates (or any dried fruit)

Directions

  • Chop the dates then add them, along with the cocoa powder and peanut butter, to the blender.
  • Blend until the mixture has formed a smooth paste.
  • Remove from the blender and press into a plastic storage container.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then cut into bars.
