Fruit and Nut Butter Bars
- Peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- Cocoa powder
- Dates (or any dried fruit)
- Chop the dates then add them, along with the cocoa powder and peanut butter, to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture has formed a smooth paste.
- Remove from the blender and press into a plastic storage container.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then cut into bars.
